Send Flowers to Hanoi from Philippines: Payment, Time Zone & Order Gui

Ordering flowers from the Philippines to Hanoi works via WhatsApp, card message translation, and photo proof before delivery. We handle currency conversion, time-zone math, and same-day arrival within inner Hanoi.

How do I place an order from the Philippines to Hanoi by time zone?

The Philippines runs UTC+8; Hanoi runs UTC+7—you're one hour ahead. Place your order on WhatsApp before 19:00 Hanoi time (20:00 Philippine time) for same-day delivery within inner Hanoi. Message +84 969 293 894 with the recipient's address and occasion. We confirm availability, quote the price in VND, and hold the order for payment. This timing rule matters: a 19:30 Hanoi order (20:30 Philippine time) will not arrive the same day. Know the recipient's district in Hanoi; we deliver across inner Hanoi (Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Dong Da, Tay Ho, etc.) but cannot promise coverage in far outer districts or Ha Long. For flowers going to Ho Chi Minh City, time windows are not fixed—you'll confirm delivery timing separately with us on WhatsApp.

What payment methods work for international orders from the Philippines?

We accept bank transfer to a Vietnam-based account, Wise (formerly TransferWise), and some credit cards. WhatsApp payment confirmation happens before we assemble your bouquet, so no surprises at checkout. If you send money via bank transfer, include your order number in the memo. Wise is popular for expats because it locks in the exchange rate—no Philippine bank fees surprise you. Tell us your preferred method when you message; we'll send payment details. Currency conversion from PHP to VND happens at the real rate on the day you transfer; we don't mark up the exchange. Never send money before confirming the exact price and delivery address with us in writing on WhatsApp.

How do I include a card message in Vietnamese, English, or Japanese?

Provide your message on WhatsApp, and we handwrite it in the language you choose on a card with the bouquet. This matters if the recipient is a Vietnamese family member who reads English less fluently, or a Japanese expat in Hanoi. Keep messages brief—a single sentence or two works best. Vietnamese flower etiquette often calls for short, warm messages rather than long notes; read our guide to Vietnamese flower occasions for context on what tone fits birthdays, anniversaries, or condolences. We send a photo of the finished bouquet with the card visible before the driver leaves, so you can verify the message was written correctly.

What flowers from Ecuador and Holland survive Hanoi heat during delivery?

Ecuador roses are bred for durability and hold color in heat better than local roses; we use these as our core product. Dutch tulips, peonies, and hydrangeas arrive from imports and are packed in cooled boxes to survive the ~2-hour delivery window in Hanoi's hot season (April–September). Local flowers wilt faster in humidity. Our bouquets are wrapped in water-filled stem sleeves and kraft paper to reduce heat shock. If ordering for a summer arrival in Hanoi (May–August), specify that you want imported stock, not local flowers; this costs more but guarantees freshness on arrival. Tropical flowers like phalaenopsis orchids also perform well because they thrive in heat. Check our same-day delivery page for seasonal availability notes.

What's the real cost to send flowers from the Philippines to Hanoi?

Bouquet prices are listed on our price page in VND; you convert to PHP at your bank's rate when paying. There is no international shipping fee—the ~2-hour delivery cost is included in the bouquet price for inner Hanoi. If the recipient is in a hotel, hospital, or corporate office in districts like Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, or Dong Da, the same price applies. Ho Chi Minh City orders are quoted separately per order; delivery fees vary by district (District 1, District 7 / Phu My Hung, Thao Dien, etc.), so confirm the cost before paying. Budget PHP 800–2,500 (VND ~400k–1.2M) for a hand-tied bouquet depending on size and flower type. Luxury arrangements with premium imported roses cost more; see our luxury florist page for examples. Do not assume a price until you've seen our current list.

What happens if the delivery address is unclear or in a remote district?

If the address is vague (e.g., "somewhere in Ba Dinh"), we ask for the exact street, building number, and phone number of the recipient or a nearby landmark. Delivery depends on road access; far outer districts (Thanh Tri, Soc Son) or addresses without building numbers cause delays or failed delivery. We contact the recipient by phone to confirm before the driver goes out. If delivery fails because the address is wrong, we refund the flower cost but cannot always redeliver the same day. Always verify the recipient's address with them before ordering. For deliveries to hotels or hospitals, confirm the exact room number or front-desk contact.

How do I know the bouquet arrived safely and looked like the photo?

We photograph the finished bouquet immediately before dispatch and send the photo to your WhatsApp. This photo shows the exact arrangement, the card message, and the wrapping. You can share this image with the recipient or keep it as proof. The recipient will also receive the physical bouquet within the promised 2-hour window (from the time we confirm payment). If the bouquet arrives damaged, message us the photo within 2 hours, and we'll redeliver a replacement—this rarely happens because of our packing method, but the guarantee stands. Never accept a delivery without inspecting it; if the flowers look wilted or crushed, refuse it and contact us immediately.

Do I need a Vietnam bank account to pay from the Philippines?

No. Bank transfer can go to our Vietcombank or Techcombank account even from a Philippines bank; you pay your home bank's transfer fee, not us. Wise (TransferWise) is cheaper for amounts under VND 5 million. Credit card payments incur a 2–3% processing fee, which we disclose upfront. Never pay cash via someone in the Philippines—always pay directly into our verified bank account or Wise to avoid fraud. Confirm the account number with us twice before transferring. Once we receive and verify payment, assembly starts immediately.
